2. Search for .htaccess file in the root directory.
If this file is not present on your root directory create a .htaccess file. Don’t forget to put the . (dot) at the front of your filename.

3. Now right click on the .htaccess file and click on edit.
4. Just add this code on your .htaccess file.
php_value upload_max_filesize 128M
php_value post_max_size 128M
php_value memory_limit 256M
php_value max_execution_time 300
php_value max_input_time 300
You need to replace the limit, according to your own needs. If you want your upload size to be 300MB replace 128M with 300M. This will increase your Maximum Upload File Size Limit to 300 MB.
